Terms of Service - HAHTech

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing the Application, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years of age (or the applicable legal age in your jurisdiction) to create an account. Minors must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access (at report@hahtech.online or other addresses).

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

• Ownership: You retain all intellectual property rights to the content including but not limited to schedules or event details you create, store, or share on the Application ("User Content").
• License to Operate: By uploading or posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and providing the features of the Application to you and your authorized invitees.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Application, you agree NOT to:

1. Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
2. Upload or share unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, fraudulent, or hateful content.
3. Use the Service to distribute unsolicited commercial communications (spam) or malware.
4. Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, crawl, or disrupt the Application's infrastructure or security mechanisms.
5. Collect personal data of other users without their explicit prior authorization.

5. Service Availability & Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted operational uptime, we do not guarantee that the Service will be totally bug-free or continuously uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Vietnamese laws, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, missed appointments, business interruption, or financial loss arising out of your use or inability to use the Application.

7. Account Termination & Governing Law

• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you breach these Terms of Service. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us (at support@hahtech.online or other addresses) in the test phase.
• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent Courts in Vietnam.

8. Language versions of Terms

Our Terms of Service have different language versions, you can check the Vietnamese version here. In case different language versions lead to different understandings, the version that you agree when signing up shall be applied.
